Great news for the all the brunch lovers out there as Ruby Sunshine is opening in SouthEnd.
It is the sister cafe to Ruby Slipper Cafe which was born in New Orleans and they are bringing those same New Orleans style brunch ideas and eye opening cocktails to Charlotte!
They serve everything from Benedict’s, omelets, french toast, and biscuit sliders with a southern twist ALL DAY and the best part is they make their biscuits fresh multiple times per day!

We enjoyed 2 of their amazing cocktails: The Ruby Slipper Mimosa & Morning Margarita and highly recommend both! We will have to try their famous Bloody Mary’s on our next visit!
