Big Rock Nature Reserve is a 22-acre nature preserve located in Mecklenburg County. Large exposed granite boulders located in the middle of the park are the main attraction to this area and have been designated a Historical Landmark due to American Indian artifacts that were unearthed there. There is also a 0.6 mile loop and picnic area guests can enjoy!
