The Charlotte Museum of History sets out to preserve Charlotte’s history by teaching the community about the past and facilitating dialogue about the future. The museum is comprised of multiple attractions on an eight-acre wooded campus including the oldest surviving house in Mecklenburg County: The Hezekiah Alexander House.
