The Hideaway bar and lounge is now open! This new bar is a second venture for Jay and Miketa Davis who own the popular LuLu’s.
The food we tried: Bang Bang Shrimp is hands down one of the best shrimp dishes we have ever tried. The sauce is tangy, slightly sweet and the perfect pinch of heat at the end! Shakin’ Bac is a juicy fried chicken breast fillet on a pretzel roll with bacon, pepper jack cheese, lettuce & spicy mayo – yum! Both came with seasoned fries and I wish we could have taken a whole basket of those home!
We also tried the “Sex in the Driveway” (topped with Sour Patch Kids) and “Hurricane Punch” – you can get them as normal drinks but we opted for the delicious slushy versions and we definitely recommend it that way!
The Hideaway has also teamed up with Hie Living (Hemp in Everything) to feature CBD products! The back patio has its own bar and lots of seating for hanging out on warm summer nights – check it out!
