Here’s our favs: Char Siu Boas-who doesn’t LOVE sticky buns?! Enjoy with sweet & saucy roasted char siu inside that is roasted for 4 hours making it super delish! Soup Dumplings-19 yummy ingredients including bone broth that simmers for 7.5 hours! Thank you chef for sharing your great great grandmother’s recipe for us all to enjoy! Coconut Eggs Benedict-Two toasty baguettes topped with crispy pork belly, spinach, poached eggs, and a savory coconut curry hollandaise. This hollandaise sauce will make you want to lick your plate and not leave a drop behind! Pandan Kaya Pancakes are GREEN pancakes that are layered with kaya jam, topped with maple cream, toasty coconut, whipped cream, and fresh seasonal berries. The perfect sweet brunch menu item!
