Fonta Flora Charlotte opened January in Optimist Hall which adds to Fonta Flora’s original location in Morganton and their production facility/taproom in Nebo. The Charlotte location offers draught beer and packaged product to take home!
I tried 2 of their beers and they were both top notch:
Optimist DIPA: It is a Double India Pale-Ale Dry-hopped w/ citra +El Dorado
Undercurrent: It is a 14% alcohol bourbon barrel-aged imperial stout aged on onyx coffee (The line was wrapped around out the door for the bottles they were selling of this)
