We were lucky enough to enjoy the Queens Feast menu at Firebirds Grill and boy are you in for a treat!
First course includes a cup of soup or salad. We highly recommend the Chicken Tortilla Soup!
The 2nd course (and most difficult to choose a favorite) includes a choice from the following:
Slow-Roasted Prime Rib – encrusted with fresh herbs and pepper, served with choice of loaded baked potato or Parmesan mashed potatoes. What a thick, hand-carved slice of meat! This was my husband’s favorite! Both the homemade au jus and creamy horseradish sauces were great for dipping.
Grilled Chairman’s Reserve Prime Pork Chop – prime cut, bacon-Bourbon mustard glaze, served with Green Chile Mac and Cheese. The glaze made this meal so unique and delicious! The Mac and Cheese had a little kick and paired perfectly with the pork chop.
Chile-Rubbed Salmon – topped with crab and spinach fondue and served with Parmesan mashed potatoes. If you like seafood, you won’t want to pass up this dish! Firebirds always serves a fabulous salmon but the Chile-rub and crab and spinach topping is special for Queens Feast.
The 3rd course (you will want to save room for this!) includes a choice of:
Carrot cake- served warm with a cream cheese frosting and drizzled with a salted caramel sauce. This one was my favorite!
Warm Chocolate Brownie-Topped with vanilla bean ice cream, dark chocolate sauce and salted caramel sauce. If you like chocolate, this is the desert for you! So yummy!
Creme Brulée Cheesecake Squares- These were rich and creamy, paired with fresh fruit and drizzled with a tangy strawberry sauce.
