We had so much fun cooking together and trying new recipes! We loved them all, so flavorful, but we had two favs that we will cook again & again:
Saucy Vinegar Chicken: chicken topped with peppadews which are cooked down in a tangy vinegar sauce, served over polenta with broccoli!
Beef & Udon Noodle Stir-Fry: loaded with tender udon noodles, fresh spinach, and grass- fed ground beef. Fresh ginger, garlic, and teriyaki sauce are what bring serious flavor to this dish!
