Had the fortune to stumble upon a true Italian kitchen in Uptown Charlotte at Capishe Kitchen!
1/2 priced bottles of wine on Wednesdays- I recommend the Stemmari Pinot Noir that had hints of wild cherry and raspberry.
The San Lorenzo Pizza is a must! The Sweet piquante flavor made this one move to the top of our pizza list so far in Charlotte
Margherita – Our daughter gave this classic pizza a 10!
Caprese- Who doesn’t love a fresh caprese salad made with the freshest mozzarella and tomatoes
Linguine and Lemon Chicken- The lemon flavor was so fresh and perfect!
Strawberry gelato- The perfect ending to our delicious meal! You’ll love this smooth and creamy treat!
We were most impressed by high quality ingredients and handmade pasta all at very affordable pricing.
The staff was attentive and owners were very friendly. We highly recommend and will be back!

San Lorenzo pizza: Capishe red sauce, dolce piquante pepper (peppadew), Bufala, Italian sausage, caramelized cipollini onion and fresh garlic. You’ve heard us rav about this pizza before! So delicious with loads of sausage and sweet peppadew peppers makes this top on our list of favorite pizzas!
Lemon Linguine w/ Chicken Pasta: linguine, pan-seared chicken breast, squeeze lemon and Italian herb, pecorino and white wine. This pasta is zesty and creamy! Another must try!
The gelato was such a treat! So rich, creamy and refreshing that we couldn’t wait to get home to eat it so we had a picnic in the trunk of our vehicle!
We also took full advantage of their 50% off wine bc let’s be honest, we could all use a glass of wine after a long day of working from home plus having the kids home from school all day!
