Cantina 1511 – Toringdon is open for brunch 7 days a week! You can enjoy their amazing brunch menu Monday-Sunday from 7am-2pm and you can also order off their lunch menu starting at 11am.
We were able to try their delicious brunch menu and this menu is large, with a huge variety of brunch favorites plus some unique, new dishes their chef created.
We got to try: Avocado Toast which is freshly mashed avocado on top of wheat toast, topped with more sliced avocado, hard boiled eggs, Yucatán onions, diced tomatoes, cotija cheese, and a touch of habanero creama. We added a side of jalapeño bacon for $1. It was soooo good!
El Lenador Omelette was 3 eggs stuffed with chorizo, bacon, sausage, green peppers, red peppers, pickled jalapeños and cheese. Topped with queso! This omelette was also served with breakfast potatoes and wheat toast.
Chicken and Waffles dish contained warm, fluffy waffles and hand breaded chicken tenders with a side of Cholula honey glaze and served with fresh fruit topped with marscapone whipped cream.
