Our favorite queso is from Cantina 1511! We highly recommend ordering the Five Cheese Queso Fundido.
You have to try Grilled Queso – it is a blend of 3 classic Mexican cheeses with queso fresco, your choice of ground beef or chorizo, and caramelized onions and peppers. Topped with fresh pico de gallo and guacamole, finished with cotija cheese and grilled on a cast iron skillet to perfection!
If you have room after all the chips and queso, you can’t go wrong with tacos. Our favorite are the Al Pastor and Marco Polo.
You also won’t be disappointed with the Mexican Barbaco that is slow-cooked to perfection shredded pork and served with Mexican rice, charro beans, guacamole, pico de gallo, shredded Mexican cheeses and lettuce with flour tortillas.
