What better way to cap off our weekend than stumbling upon Bisonte Pizza Co, a local family-owned and operated pizzeria!
We started with their pizza! Our daughter said we were not allowed to come home without bringing her a slice of pizza with pineapple on it so we tried their Hawaiian Pizza! It was loaded with delicious Ham, Pineapples, Cherries, and mozzarella cheese. The sweet cherries really made this a unique and refreshing treat!
Next up were the wings! We were excited to try these after seeing they were named Charlotte’s “Best Wing” in both 2017 & 2018 at Charlotte WingFest!
We can definitely say that didn’t happen by accident as ALL 3 flavors we tried: Sweet BBQ, Cajun Teriyaki, & Honey Dipped left us savoring more!
One of their secrets to delicious wings is they toss the cooked wings in sauce, charbroil them for 14 minutes, and then toss in sauce again
Next up was the sub and boy do they have a great list of subs to try. The Stinger which was Steak and chicken fingers with cheese hit the spot!
Save room for the Meatballs! These might just be the biggest and best meatballs around. Just 1/2 of one was almost an entire meal for our daughter the next day!
This will definitely be one of our go to places when craving wings and pizza. Next visit we plan to try their Charbroiled Original BBQ and Bourbon BBQ flavored wings as those were the flavors that awarded them the best wings in Charlotte!
