MyOutdoorJoy has joined forces with local running experts and a team of coaches who will guide participants through a 10-week class based on the walk/run model. This program is focused on people with limited or no running experience, and those who have not run in several years. You will learn a variety of skills, from breathing correctly and proper form to selecting the appropriate footwear.
