Roddey’s BBQ is a local family-run/owned bbq business with a food truck and catering company. Their meat is dry rubbed, with their personal rub seasoning, then slow smoked over hickory making it juicy and tender – they also make all their own sauces.
Their food truck features a Pulled pork sandwich, Chopped chicken sandwich and Beef brisket. For $10-$12, all items are served with sauce, homemade coleslaw, potato chips, a pickle, and tea or water!
