Starting this 2nd Annual Hispanic Heritage Festival of the Carolinas, we look forward to picking up where we left off last year after such a successful historic event that saw record attendance at Truist Field. The Carolinas got in touch with many aspects of Hispano Heritage, and the show was climaxed by Grammy Award Winner ELVIS CRESPO!!!
